2017 ANNUAL CENSUS
The mailing of the 2017 Annual Census questionnaires for the Town of Raynham will begin on February 3, 2017. Please note all information should be as of January 1, 2017. Please take a few minutes to review this form, make any changes or additions necessary, sign it, and return it to the Town Clerk’s office, 2nd Floor, Town Hall, 558 South Main Street. (There are also census return drop off boxes located on the 1st floor of the Raynham Town Hall and the Senior Center, 2215 King Philip Street.)
Any member of the family in the Military Service, away at college, or confined to a rest home whose legal residence is the same as your own, should be included on this form.
The information from this Census report provides proof of residency, Street Listings, School Reports, Jury Information, Veterans’ Bonuses, housing for the elderly and related benefits, as well as keeping the list of voters current and correct. The population figure also has a bearing on the State and Federal aid Raynham will receive.
PLEASE NOTE THAT COMPLETING A CENSUS FORM DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY REGISTER ANYONE TO VOTE OR CHANGE PARTY AFFILIATION. COMPLETION OF A VOTER REGISTRATION AFFIDAVIT IS NECESSARY TO REGISTER TO VOTE. THIS CAN BE DONE AT THE TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE, THE REGISTRY OF MOTOR VEHICLES, ONLINE OR BY MAIL. CHANGE OF PARTY AFFILIATION MAY BE DONE AT THE TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE.
