SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
November 15, 2005

To either of the Constables of the Town of Raynham, in the County of Bristol, GREETING.
IN THE NAME OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of said Town, qualified to vote in elections and in Town affairs, to meet at the Middle School Auditorium in said Raynham, on the 15th day of November, at 6:55 in the evening, then and there to act on the following Article:--
ARTICLE 1. To see if the Town will vote to transfer the care, custody, management and control of the land and buildings comprising the Sullivan School premises at 558 South Main Street, Raynham, Assessors’ Parcel Nos. 11-220 and 11-221, from the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District and/or the Town of Raynham Board of Selectmen to the Town of Raynham Board of Selectmen to be used for Town Offices, or take any action relative thereto.
ARTICLE 2. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $----______ to pay for the engineering, materials and construction costs required to make repairs to the Gardiner Street dam and evaluate further options; or take any action relative thereto,
ARTICLE 3. To see if the Town will vote to transfer the sum of $335,000 from the Sewer Enterprise available funds to install new motors and pumps for the Route 44 Pumping Station; or take any action relative thereto.
ARTICLE 4. To see if the Town will vote to transfer the sum of $4,499.04 from the Town Office Wages account to the Town Office Expenses account; or take any action relative thereto.
And you are directed to serve this Warrant, by posting up attested copies thereof at the seven (7) places directed by vote of the Town, in said Town, fourteen (14) days before the time of holding said meeting.
HEREOF FAIL NOT, and make due return of this Warrant, with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, at the time and place of meeting, as aforesaid.
