SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
February 21, 2006

To either of the Constables of the Town of Raynham, in the County of Bristol, GREETING.
IN THE NAME OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of said Town, qualified to vote in elections and in Town affairs, to meet at the Town Office Meeting Room in said Raynham, on the 21st day of February, at 7:00 in the evening, then and there to act on the following Articles:--
ARTICLE 1. To see if the Town will vote to accept as a Town Way the roadway known as Everett Drive as shown on a recorded plan of land entitled “Locust Woods” Definitive Subdivision Plan of Land in Raynham, MA by John W. Delano & Associates, Inc., dated August 13, 1992 with revisions thru June 29, 1993 and recorded with Bristol County Northern District Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 338 at Pages 73 and 74; such acceptance being subject to conveyance, in fee, of said way by owner or owners at no cost to the Town; or take any action relative thereto.
ARTICLE 2. To see if the Town will vote to accept as a gift a parcel of land labeled “Lot 5B” as shown on a plan of land entitled “Subdivision Plan of Land in Raynham, MA” Scale 1”=40’, dated December 21, 2005 by Norwood Engineering Co., Inc., Consulting Engineers- Land Surveyors 1410 Route 1, Norwood, MA 02062, and endorsed January 26, 2006; such acceptance being subject to conveyance, in fee, of said parcel by owner or owners at no cost to the Town; or take any action relative thereto. Note: A copy of the plan is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
And you are directed to serve this Warrant, by posting up attested copies thereof at the seven (7) places directed by vote of the Town, in said Town, fourteen (14) days before the time of holding said meeting.
HEREOF FAIL NOT, and make due return of this Warrant, with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, at the time and place of meeting, as aforesaid.
