                                                 SPECIAL TOWN MEETING

TOWN OF RAYNHAM

THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS

December 14, 2004


Bristol, ss.

    To either of the Constables of the Town of Raynham, in the County of Bristol,
GREETING.


     IN THE NAME OF The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of said Town, qualified to vote in elections and in Town affairs, to meet at the Raynham Middle School Auditorium in said Raynham on Tuesday, the 14th day of December, at 7:00 in the evening, then and there to act on the following Article:


Article 1.  To see if the Town will vote to transfer from Free Cash the sum of $92,233.66 as a gift to the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 71, section 37A to hire additional teaching staff for the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School, said transfer contingent upon the Town of Bridgewater Town Meeting gifting the proportionate matching share of $184,464.34 to the District, or take any action relative thereto.


   And you are directed to serve this Warrant, by posting up attested copies thereof at the seven (7) places directed by vote of the Town, in said Town, fourteen (14) days before the time of holding said meeting.

     HEREOF FAIL NOT, and make due return of this Warrant, with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk, at the time and place of meeting, as aforesaid.
