Senior Association Volunteer Experience (SAVE) is a program, which allows senior citizens to earn real estate tax credit up to $750.00 per fiscal year per household.  The hourly rate is the current minimum wage per hour for all jobs to be completed within six months.

GOALS:   To employ qualified senior citizens who will apply their earnings toward the payment of their property taxes.  To enhance municipal services of the Town of Raynham by using the skills of senior citizens.  To increase senior citizens involvement in the local government.

ELIGIBILITY:  60 years of age or older and homeowner and/or current spouse (up to $750 per family or $375 each) who occupy property for which taxes are paid in the Town of Raynham.  Tax bill must include candidate‚Äôs name.

JOBS:  Job openings may be available in all municipal departments or committees of the Town of Raynham.  Jobs will be offered based on qualification, availability, location, transportation, and physical limitation.  Jobs cannot be currently budgeted.  No unemployment compensation will be available.
