Notes:
1. Fees are doubled when work is started prior to issuance of a permit, except in emergency situations.
2. All work shall be done in accordance with the requirements of the Massachusetts Electrical Code and regulations of the Taunton Municipal Lighting Plant. Service entrance locations must be obtained from the TMLP.
COMMERCIAL WIRING PERMIT FEES

Basic Fees: New Buildings, Additions, Major Renovations and Alterations
$.15 per square foot of building area Minimum Fee ----------------- $100.00

Note: These fees above include receptacles, building lights, appliances, and permanent service if listed on original permit and ready for inspection at the same time as rough inspection.
Additional Fees: Additional fees listed below are for individual items which are not already covered or provided for in the basic fee above.
