The meeting was called to order at 9:40 A.M. No guests. Those present were Betty Thompson, chair, Yvonne Quinlan, vice-chair, Theresa Galligan, Treas. John Montagano, and Kathleen Roberts. Patrice White was excused.
The secretary’s report was accepted as read. The treasurer’s report was read and accepted.
Peggy Evers gave her outreach report. She had 36 total visits.
Joyce gave her director’s report. She attended a grant-writing training session.
Meetings were, Advisory, C.I.R.C.A., no report.
Theresa reported that the MCOA is looking for money from the Legislature to fund some projects. Theresa also gave the BES report. She had the opportunity to visit a congregate living home and described it to us. Betty Thompson reported on the department heads meeting. ….

Programs given in March went over very well.

Programs for April and beyond. Bocce has started again 1. Spring Fling is all ready to go-April 15, noon.
2. On April 12 Life Care is sending 10-12 residents here for lunch and a movie.
3. Memorial Day celebration for veterans, May 17, Barbara LaFlamme will decorate, will invite town officials
4. Dog Track April 30 12 noon, all set.
5. Comedy Show COA benefit sponsored by friends of the COA-American Legion Hall-April 23.
6. Maybe a trial program-dancing for seniors-sometime in June in the evening
