  ***   All certified copies of vital records must be ordered one day in advance


You must both apply in person (with identification please) for a marriage license. This is called filing marriage intentions.
A marriage license is good for 60 days from the day the marriage intentions are filed.

There is a 3-day waiting period from the date you file your marriage intentions before the marriage
license may be picked up.  The fee for filing marriage intentions will be $35 effective Jan. 2, 2014

Medical Certificates are no longer required in Massachusetts.

                           Dog Licenses

                                 Fees for Dog Licenses:
                               Spayed Females—Neutered Males  $10
                             Females—Males                       $15

                                        In order to obtain a dog license, a current rabies
                              vaccination certificate must be shown at time of

                                       2015 Dog Licenses expire March 31, 2016.  
                                       2016 Dog Licenses will be available  February 23, 2016

Town Calendar for 2016

Annual Town Election is Saturday, April 23, 2016.  Polls are open from 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

All precincts vote at the Raynham Middle School, 420 Titicut Road

The last day to register to vote for the Annual Town Election is Monday, April 4, 2016 from 8:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Town Clerk's Office, Town Hall, 558 South Main Street

Annual Town Meeting is Monday, May 16, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. at the Raynham Middle School, 420 Titicut Road

The last day to register to vote for the Annual Town Meeting is Tuesday, April 26, 2016 from 8:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Town Clerk's Office, Town Hall, 558 South Main Street
