Under the authority of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 111, Section 31 and all other statutes enabling Boards of Health to set fees for licenses, permits and services, the Raynham Board of Health hereby adopts and promulgates the following fee structure on November 25, 2003 at its regularly scheduled meeting. All fees shall become effective November 25, 2003.

Temporary Food (The operator or organizer of the temporary event shall compile a list of food services or vendors at least one (1) week prior to the special event for the Raynham Board of Health. Each food service or vendor shall be permitted separately for the temporary event: $25.00/Per Day + 5.00 additional day
