Costs
Entry Sticker
Entry Stickers provide entry to the facility. Entry Stickers are available at the Highway Department Office and the Selectmen's Office at Town Hall.
To purchase an entry sticker, you must have the registration of the vehicle that the sticker is to be affixed to. (Registration must have a Raynham address listed. If you have recently moved, please bring proof of residency.)
Entry stickers are a requirement in order to use the Pay as You Throw Program.
$70 Full year sticker
$35 Half-year sticker (half year is per calendar year)
$10 for second sticker (for a vehicle registered at the same address, or a replacement sticker)
Bag Tags (Pay as You Throw Program)
Bag tags are used to dispose of household trash and bulky waste. Tags come in sheets of five tags, priced at $10.00 each, and they never expire! One tag is used to throw out one bag of trash [50 lbs. or less]. See chart below for bulky waste.

Construction and Demolition (C&D)
Quantities will be measured based upon the number of cubic yards received at facility and an invoice will be issued at the end of the month for that material based on $30 per cubic yard except for commercial users of which it will be based on $30 per cubic yard.
Yard Waste (grass, leaves, and brush)
Grass and leaves may be placed in designated location within the transfer/recycling area. Commercial vendors must have a Commercial Yard Waste Permit. See Courtney at the Highway Department for details.
Brush will be accepted at the Gardiner Street brush drop-off area on Saturdays from April through November (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM) A fee for brush will be charged for commercial users only of $4.00 per cubic yard.
Recycling
There are seperate, clearly marked containers for each type of recyclable material.
Recycling is free of charge, and helps reduce trash fees. The more you recycle, the less trash you have to pay to dispose of!
Materials Raynham Recycles: Glass, tin cans, aluminum cans, newspaper, cardboard, milk cartons, Plastics #1-5, & metals.
Cathode Ray Tubes (CRTs) (and other used electronics)
Place in designated area, as directed by attendant.
5 waste tags will be required on each TV and/or computer monitor.
Furniture
Place in designated area as directed by attendant.
3-5 waste tags will be required in accordance with piece of furniture, attendant will determine how many tags are needed depending on size and weight of item.
Used Motor Oil
Used motor oil can be recycled anytime at the Highway Department. Used motor oil only, no mixed or contaminated oils please. See the attendendant in the recycling area for assistance.
Anti-Freeze
Anti Freeze can be recycled by appointment only. Anti-freeze only, no mixed or contaminated substances please.

Paint
Paint can be recycled from April to November, by appointment only. Click here for details. If you have more paint than the limits detailed, you can bring it to the Hazardous Waste Day. (See below).
Hazardous Waste
The Town sponsors one Hazardous Waste Day per year. In order to participate, you must be a Raynham Resident. Proof of residency is required.

If you are unsure if an item is considered hazardous waste, please call Courtney at the Highway Department (508-824-2718) before bringing any items to the Transfer Station for disposal.
