The Raynham Planning Board meeting of August 28, 2003 opened at the Town Hall at 6:35 p.m. with Burke Fountain, Carl Carlson and Chris Gallagher present. Also present was Administrative Assistant Maureen McKenney.
At 6:36 p.m. Dr. Kenneth Berlin, Sharon, MA, appeared before the Board to request a minor modification to his approved site plan for 876 Broadway. Dr. Berlin explained that he wanted to add a tool shed to the site and he needed to enlarge the dumpster pad to locate the shed. He noted that the dumpster pad would be increased to 10 ft. by 16 ft. and that no parking spaces would be taken. A revised plan dated August 25, 2003 and correspondence dated August 26, 2003 from Todd Pilling, P.E., were submitted.
After review and discussion, a motion was made to approve as a minor modification the two requests set forth in letter dated August 26, 2003 from Todd Pilling, P.E., regarding an increase in size for the concrete pad and also for curbing radii to meet Mass. Highway specifications as shown on the site plan dated January 3, 2003, revised August 25, 2003; motion seconded; motion passed on unanimous vote. Certificate of Action will be issued.
Dr. Berlin informed the Board that an ash tree on the site was accidentally burned during demolition of the old building on the lot. He requested permission to replace the tree and Board members were agreeable.
6:45 p.m. Minutes of July 2, 2003 were received. Motion was made to accept the minutes; seconded; motion passed on unanimous vote. Correspondence received: copy of letter from Board of Health to NRWD re. zoning aquifier. No action taken.
6:50 p.m. Amended covenant for Lincoln Woods subdivision was received. It was noted that the recording book and page number were added. After review, motion was made to approve and endorse the amended covenant; seconded; motion passed on unanimous vote. Amended covenant was signed.
Plans endorsed: Exxon Mobil site plan.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
