The Raynham Planning Board held a special meeting on Tuesday, November 25, 2003, at Gilmore Hall.~ The meeting opened at 6:04 p.m. with Daniel Andrade, John Canto and Chris Gallagher present.~ Also present was Maureen McKenney, Administrative Assistant, and John Schmid, Judith Nitsch Engineering, Inc. (JNEI).

Finch Farm Construction Cost Estimate, dated~November 21, 2003, was received from JNEI, and letter dated~November 25, 2003~re. Finch Farm Phase I was received from Roger Stolte, Highway Superintendent.~

John Schmid informed the Board that work at the site was done and that the basin was 50% stabilized but it has sediment in it.~ He noted that the as-built plans still needs to be done.

After discussion, motion was made to release $126,434 from the road bond being held for Finch Farm~I based on the recommendation of JNEI and Roger Stolte; motion seconded; motion passed on unanimous vote.

There was no further business and the~meeting adjourned at 6:12 p.m.
