The Raynham Planning Board held a special meeting on March 30, 2006, at Raynham Town Hall, to consider proposed zoning amendments for the Annual Town Meeting.~ The meeting opened at 5:35 p.m. and then was adjourned to await the arrival of all Board members.
The meeting reconvened at 5:45 p.m. with Dan Andrade, Burke Fountain, John Canto and Chris Gallagher present.~ Also present was Town Planner Richard McCarthy and Administrative Assistant Maureen McKenney.~
Mr. Gallagher read the public hearing notice.~ Mrs. McKenney informed the Board that the hearing notice was not mailed to SRPEDD and Department of Housing and Community Development.~ After discussion, Board members agreed to continue the hearing to April 13, 2006 so the proper notification can be sent to all parties.~ It was also agreed that modifications made to the proposed zoning amendments before the next public hearing will be advertised if necessary.
No testimony was taken at the hearing.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 7 p.m.
