The Raynham Planning Board meeting of Thursday, September 11, 2008, at Raynham Veterans’ Memorial Town Hall, was called to order at 6:14 p.m. by Vice Chairman Burke Fountain.
Board members present: Burke Fountain, John Canto and Henry Ellis
Board members not present: Daniel Andrade, Chris Gallagher
Staff present: Administrative Assistant Maureen McKenney
6:15 p.m. - Riverfront Estates TDR Public Hearing was reconvened. Mr. Fountain informed those present that Attorney Ed Brennan, applicant’s representative, had requested a continuance of the public hearing to September 25, 2008 due to the fact that there would be no quorum present to act on the special permit for the TDR plan. It was noted the Board’s time-to-act was September 25, 2008 so an extension will be needed from the applicant.
Mr. Fountain moved to continue the Riverfront Estates public hearing to September 25, 2008, 6:05 p. m.; second by Mr. Canto; motion passed by unanimous vote (3).
6:17 p.m. - General Business:
Invoices were signed.
Construction Cost Estimate, dated September 9, 2008, for Berry Hill ARC (located off Pine Street), was received from Nitsch Engineering. The matter was tabled to the next meeting.
Letter dated September 3, 2008, was received from developer Steve Hanson informing the Board he is proceeding to complete Karen’s Way for Town acceptance. No action was taken.
Minutes of August 28, 2008 were received. Mr. Fountain moved to waive the reading and approve the minutes as received; second by Mr. Ellis; motion passed by unanimous vote (3).
There was no further business and the meeting closed at approximately 6:30 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Christopher J. Gallagher, Clerk
