BOARD OF SELECTMEN November 2, 2010
Chairman Marie Smith called the regular meeting of the Raynham Board of Selectmen to order at 7:00pm.
Present were Marie Smith, Donald L. McKinnon and Joseph Pacheco.
Acceptance of the Minutes -- Mr. Pacheco motioned and Mr. McKinnon seconded to accept the minutes of the October 26, 2010 meeting as printed. Mrs. Smith made it unanimous.
Mr. Buckner’s Town Administrator’s Report was reviewed.
Mr. McKinnon informed all that the K-8 Study Committee met this past week to review the numbers on de-regionalization and he will update all next week at the pre-Town Meeting.
Mr. Pacheco thanked everyone who voted or who will be voting today.
Mr. Pacheco motioned and Mr. McKinnon seconded to re-schedule the Board of Selectmen meeting on November 9, 2010 to 6:30pm. Mrs. Smith made it unanimous.
Correspondence – The Board received the Fire Department’s Activity Report for the month of October.
Correspondence – The Board received the following request for Tag Days: Bridgewater College, Dance Movement for November 11, 2010 and East Taunton Girl Scout Troop 85085 for December 3, 10, 17, 26, and 31, 2010. Mr. Pacheco motioned and Mr. McKinnon seconded to approve the above- listed Tag Days. Mrs. Smith made it unanimous.
7:07pm-Mr. Pacheco motioned and Mr. McKinnon seconded to adjourn for the performance of administrative duties, signing Bills and Warrants with no business to be conducted afterwards. Mrs. Smith made it unanimous.
