BOARD OF SELECTMEN November 30, 2010
Chairman Marie Smith called the regular meeting of the Raynham Board of Selectmen to order at 7:00pm.
Present were Marie Smith, Donald L. McKinnon and Joseph Pacheco.
Acceptance of the Minutes -- Mr. Pacheco motioned and Mr. McKinnon seconded to accept the minutes of the November 23, 2010 meeting as printed. Mrs. Smith made it unanimous.
Mr. Buckner’s Town Administrator’s Report was reviewed.
Mr. McKinnon asked for clarification from Mr. Buckner regarding the availability of alcoholic beverage licenses from the Town.
Appointment -- Mr. McKinnon motioned and Mr. Pacheco seconded to appoint Mrs. Smith as representative from the Board of Selectmen to serve on the Board of Overseers for the Raynham Development Revolving Fund. The vote made it unanimous.
Mr. Pacheco congratulated RAVE for another successful Craft Fair held over this past weekend.
Correspondence – The Board received a request for Tag Days from Girl Scout Troop 81017 for December 13, 14, 15, 16, 2010. Mr. Pacheco motioned and Mr. McKinnon seconded to approve the Tag Days. Mrs. Smith made it unanimous.
7:18pm-Mr. Pacheco motioned and Mr. McKinnon seconded to adjourn for the performance of administrative duties, signing Bills and Warrants with no business to be conducted afterwards. Mrs. Smith made it unanimous.
