BOARD OF SELECTMEN February 8, 2011
Vice Chairman Joseph Pacheco called the regular meeting of the Raynham Board of Selectmen to order at 7:04pm.
Present were Donald L. McKinnon and Joseph Pacheco. Absent was Marie Smith.
Acceptance of the Minutes -- Mr. McKinnon motioned and Mr. Pacheco seconded to accept the minutes of the February 1, 2011 meeting as printed.
Mr. Buckner’s Town Administrator’s Report was reviewed.
Mr. McKinnon asked Mr. Buckner for the deadline on the 2010 Transfer Station stickers. Mr. Buckner informed all that the grace period ended January 31, 2011.
Correspondence – The Board received from Mr. & Mrs. Collier concerns regarding 320 Titicut Road and the storing of commercial construction equipment on the property. Mr. McKinnon motioned and Mr. Pacheco seconded to forward the information to the Board of Health and Building Department.
Correspondence – The Board received a request for Tag Days from the Middleboro Veterans, Outreach Center, Inc. for February 11, May 28 & 29, 2011. Mr. McKinnon motioned and Mr. Pacheco seconded to approve the Tag Days for the Middleboro Veterans on February 11, May 28 & 29, 2011.
7:09pm-Mr. McKinnon motioned and Mr. Pacheco seconded to adjourn for the performance of administrative duties, signing Bills and Warrants with no business to be conducted afterwards.
