Article VII
Validity
Section. 1. All by-laws or parts of by-laws in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section. 2. The invalidity of any section, clause, sentence, or ~vision of this by-law shall not affect the validity of any other part of this by-law that can be given effect without such invalid part or parts.
