Article VIII
By-Law in Force
Section. 1. This by-law shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, recording, and publication as provided by law.
Section. 2. The invalidity of any section, clause, sentence or provision of this by-law shall not affect the validity of any other part of this by-law which can be given effect without such invalid part or parts, or take any action relative thereto.
