Town of Raynham, MA - Sunset Provision

As part of our plan to manage the limited sewer capacity available to the Town of Raynham during the next twenty-five years, the Board of Sewer Commissioners has adopted~a Sunset Provision that will increase~the sewer connection fees currently applicable to your~project and terminate~any binding commitment~for available capacity that your present sewer connection permit may contain. Accordingly, after July 12, 2012, the sewer connection fees applicable to your project will be increased to the fees then in effect and a Town of Raynham sewer connection permit will not be guaranteed.
