*Announcement: Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Raynham Board of Selectmen is being conducted via remote participation. Every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings as provided for in the Order. New Business

           a.     Proposal for discussion and action: For the Town of Raynham, through the Treasurer-Collector's Office, to absorb the $0.25 ACH transaction cost made through the Town's online payment center, Unipay, to help facilitate online payments during the COVID-19 Health Emergency, or June 30, 2020, whichever comes first.

           b.     Proposal for discussion and action: To use funds from the MA Gaming Grant account to pay for the Government Study Committee’s recommended by-law study, not to exceed $12,000.

           c.     Proposal for discussion and action: Request to permit a temporary mobile home due to a tree down on the residence located at 195 Ramblewood Dr.

           d.     Proposal for discussion and action: the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) permitted use of personal leave allowance.

           e.     Discussion: The respective roles and responsibilities of the Board of Selectmen, the Town Administrator, and how the new job description of the Town Administrator impacts town operations.

       c.     (M.G.L.C. 30A, Section 21, Purpose 3) Discussions on ongoing contract negotiations with OPEIU Local 6 and Raynham Patrolmen and Signal Operators Unions.
