SEWER BETTERMENT ASSESSMENTS DUE

Sewer Betterment Assessments for Phase 7 Contracts 1 & 2 were mailed on October 15, 2019 to properties located on the following streets:

Broadway No. 13-114, Hewitt Drive, Diniz Drive, Lounsbury Drive, High Ridge Drive, Cedar Mill Drive, Fair Lane, Juniper Hill Drive, Rose Terrace, and Brook Street.

Betterment Assessments are due and payable within 30 days. If payment is not received by November 14, 2019 the betterment will be apportioned to your tax bill and interest will accrue at 5%. You can elect to apportion the betterment over a period of 5, 10, 15, or 20 years.
