Recent Action of the Rent Control Board
On February 4, 2004, the Town of Raynham Rent Control Board met to consider a request from Pine Hill Estates, Inc. for a rent adjustment to cover the increase in pass thru items(real estate tax and rubbish removal).
The Board voted to grant the request for a $3.87/month increase effective March 1, 2004. The rent has been increased from $235.38/month to $239.25/month.
