The Raynham Board of Appeals will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 (rescheduled from July 26th), at 7 p.m., to consider the request of Peter L. Freeman, Freeman Law Group, LLC, Yarmouthport, MA, on behalf of Raynham Riverwalk LLC, for a determination on a proposed plan revision for the Raynham Riverwalk Comprehensive Permit at Church Street/Route 44. Applicant has submitted the revised plan to adjust the configuration of the driveway where it connects to Route 44 as an “insubstantial change.”
