Mobile Home Rent Control Board

The Mobile Home Rent Control Board was created in 1993 pursuant to an act of the Legislature and after adoption of a general by-law by Town Meeting.

The Rent Board regulates rents within mobile home parks in the Town of which there are two and meets on an as-needed basis. The Rent Board would also regulate the discontinuance of a mobile home park if such a request were filed with the Board of Selectmen by the owner of said park.
