NEWS RELEASE - The Bristol County Mosquito Control Project (BCMCP) will be conducting aerial larvicide spraying in Raynham as weather and other conditions permit. The ground spraying program will begin after that by treating the historical breeding sites in Raynham, as well as, other water bodies on private property. Spray requests will be taken after May 20th and spraying will commence after Memorial Day. In order to be effective, overnight temperature must be 55 degrees or above (the mosquitoes really aren’t active in temperatures below 55).
