12/11/2020_10:00 AM Senior Center Siding Project Bid Opening Conference Call

Please see the information below if you would like to log-on/call-in to hear the bids being opened and announced.  The video of the opening will also be posted on the town’s website, and I will forward that link when it becomes available.

Bidders on the conference call are free to ask questions after all bids have been opened and read out loud, recorded, and the apparent low bidder has been identified.

After the bids are opened, the apparent low bidder announced, and all of the bids will be checked for mathematical errors.  A tabulation of all bids, including any corrections with notations, will be produced and sent to all firms that submitted bids.  The Bid Tabulation will be available Monday, December 14th.  The town will also post all submitted bids on its website at the first available opportunity.
