Health Agent

Town of Raynham (pop. 13,500+/-) is seeking a full-time Health Agent who is responsible for enforcing the codes, regulations, policies, and laws set forth by state, federal and local government agencies. Essential functions include inspections and work related to food establishments, Title 5, Housing Code, Public and Semi-Public Swimming Pools, Recreational Camps for Children, nuisances, Emergency Management & Preparedness and other related Public Health areas. Minimum qualifications include Bachelor’s Degree in public health/science with 3 to 5 years of related work experience. Registered Sanitarian, soil evaluator certification, ICS training and food safety certification all preferred but required to be obtained within one year of employment.
