SEWER BETTERMENT ASSESSMENTS DUE 10/15/20

Sewer Betterment Assessments for Phase 7 Contracts 1 & 2 were mailed on September 15, 2020 to properties located on the following streets:

Courtney Way, Gatsby Drive, King Philip Street No. 1228, Mill Street No. 225-291, and Park Place.

Betterment Assessments are due and payable within 30 days. If payment is not received by October 15, 2020 the betterment will be apportioned to your tax bill and interest will accrue at 5%. You can elect to apportion the betterment over a period of 5, 10, 15, or 20 years.
