SPECIAL TOWN MEETING

TOWN OF RAYNHAM

THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS

BRISTOL, ss

To either of the Constables of the Town of Raynham, in the County of Bristol, GREETING.

IN THE NAME OF THE Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of said Town, qualified to vote in elections and in Town affairs, to meet at the Raynham Veteran’s Memorial Town Hall, Don McKinnon Meeting Room, in said Raynham, on Tuesday, the 31st day of March, Two Thousand and Twenty and 7:00 o’clock in the evening, then and there to act on the following Articles:

ARTICLE 1.  To see if the Town will vote to transfer from “Proceeds from the Sale of Real Estate” account the sum of $165,000 to cover the costs associated with planning, and designing, a new Raynham Public Safety Facility; or take any action relative thereto. (Submitted by the Board of Selectmen)

ARTICLE  2.  To see if the Town will vote to transfer from Free Cash the sum of $55,000 to cover the costs associated with legal expenses of the Town; or take any action relative thereto. (Submitted by the Board of Selectmen)

ARTICLE  3.  To see if the Town will vote to transfer from Free Cash the sum of $17,500 into the Stormwater Infrastructure Stabilization Fund, or take any action relative thereto. (Submitted by Health Agent);

And you are directed to serve this Warrant by posting up attested copies thereof at the six (6) places directed by vote of the Town, in said Town, fourteen (14) days before the time of holding said meeting.

HEREOF FAIL NOT, and make due return of this Warrant, with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk, at the time and place of meeting, as aforesaid.
