SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
TOWN OF RAYNHAM
THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS

BRISTOL, ss


To either of the Constables of the Town of Raynham, in the County of Bristol, GREETING.
 

IN THE NAME OF THE Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of said Town, qualified to vote in elections and in Town affairs, to meet at the RAYNHAM MIDDLE SCHOOL in said Raynham, on Monday, the 15th day of June, Two Thousand and Twenty and 7:00 o’clock in the evening, then and there to act on the following Articles:
 

ARTICLE 1. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $127,000 from free cash or overlay surplus for the purpose of covering the expenses for emergency replacements for boilers at the LaLiberte and Merrill Elementary Schools; or take any action relative thereto.
(Submitted by the School District) RECOMMENDED
 

ARTICLE 2. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate the sum of $150,000 from Sewer Retained Earnings to be transferred to the Sewer Maintenance Facility Debt Account, or take any action relative thereto.
(Submitted by the Sewer Commission) RECOMMENDED
 

ARTICLE 3. To see if the Town will vote to transfer the sum of $9,132 from free cash to the Board of Selectmen General Expense for prior year bills, or take any action relative thereto.
(Submitted by Board of Selectmen) RECOMMENDED

And you are directed to serve this Warrant by posting up attested copies thereof at the six (6) places directed by vote of the Town, in said Town, fourteen (14) days before the time of holding said meeting.
 

HEREOF FAIL NOT, and make due return of this Warrant, with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk, at the time and place of meeting, as aforesaid.
