Five Year Certification of Real and Personal Property
Fiscal Year 2024
The Raynham Board of Assessors have conducted the Fiscal 2024 Five Year Revaluation in compliance Mass. State Law. The proposed values are Pending Preliminary Certification by the Department of Revenue.
Values were calculated at “Full and Fair Cash Value” using sales data from calendar year 2022 for single family homes and sales between 7/1/2021 and 6/30/2023 for the additional real property classes. The valuation date for Fiscal Year 2024 is January 1, 2023. The revaluation resulted in an increase of approximately 15% for the single family class. The commercial class increased approximately 5.0% and the Industrial class increased at a rate of approximately 4.0%.
Interested parties are welcome to view the values at the Town Hall located at 558 South Main Street, Raynham, on Tuesday, November 21st, Monday, November 27th, Tuesday, November 28th, Wednesday, November 29th and Thursday, November 30th between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, Tuesday Evening 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. The links provided below will also allow you to view your PENDING preliminary values for Fiscal Year 2024.
