2023 Census Forms

2023 Census Forms are in the process of being mailed out.

Census forms may be mailed to the Town Clerk's Office,  dropped off at the Town

Clerk's drop box located at the Town Hall,

558 South Main Street or the Town Clerk's Office.

If you have any questions or haven't received a census form by

February 15, 2023, please contact the Town Clerk's Office

at 508-824-2700.
