****The Raynham Board of Health reminds applicants of Temporary Food Service Applications that a separate application must be submitted for each event, as well as associated fees for each event. Per 105 CMR 590.00: State sanitary code chapter X: Minimum sanitation standards for food establishments, a Temporary Food Establishment is defined as a Food Establishment that operates for a period of no more than 14 consecutive days in conjunction with a single event or celebration.****
