Article 23 General Bylaws (Chapter 295 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT MS4)- see Annual Town Meeting Warrant on May 18, 2026, 7:00PM Pending approval and review at the Attorney Generals office for this date.
Update included: 1 delete 295-1 Purpose and authority. " in its entirety and replace with a revised section 2 add an ite E to 29-3 Applicability and 3 add a new section entitle 295-11. Post-construction stormwater management of new developments and redevelopments, all as detailed below:
Town web site is in the process of being updated with ByLaw updates that were approved at the Town Meeting, May 18, 2026, and are in review at the Attorney Generals Office.
